Partners for Life

Carrizo Plain National Monument is more like Death Valley than an agricultural mecca, but these buildings were once vital parts of a cattle ranch in the middle of that valley. The huge ranch house is still there, and a couple of other outbuildings still hold historic ranching supplies and equipment, but now the isolated property is BLM Headquarters.
